  1. In a bowl, add chicken, water, salt, red chilli crushed, turmeric, vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper powder (1 tsp), white chilli powder (1 tsp), chilli sauce, maida (1 cup) and mix it
  2. Now, in a bowl, add maida (half cup), salt, black pepper powder (1 tsp), white chilli powder (1 tsp) and mix it
  3. In a karahi, add milk and egg and mix it well
  4. Now, dip first the chicken mixture into egg mixture, then dip it into maida mixture. Repeat this procedure twice.
  5. Deep fry them until golden brown
