- 1 tomato chopped
- to taste Little kasoori methi
- as needed Coriander leaves chopped little

- 1/2 tsp Garam masala

- Add dry yeast and sugar in warm milk. Keep it for 5 mins. Then add salt and oil and wheat flour(atta) /maida as required to make a smooth dough (little watery). Knead it nicely and cover. keep it for 4/5 hrs, so that the dough will rise almost double. Then make feeling of ur choice. I did corn paneer bhurji stuffing.
- Stuffing:
Heat 1tbsp oil. Put ginger garlic paste and fry for a min. Then add chopped onions(1) and chopped tomato,chilli powder, turmeric,salt and fry for 2mins. Then add corn,kasoori methi,garam masala. cook for another 2/3mins by covering on slow flame. Add paneer (crumbled).After 2 mins add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame. - Take the dough. Roll into a thick round roti. Give cut marks like the picture given.Then put stuffing and fold each portion like the picture.sprinkle chilli flakes. Next steps with design r in the picture.
