- Take a bowl add chicken pieces and add curd ginger garlic paste salt red chili powder coriander powder turmeric powder chat masala lemon juice mix well and keep in freeze 2 hours
- Take a pan add oil add onion stir fry well add cumin seeds black pepper clove cinnamon stick black cordamam green cordamam bayleaf stir add tomatoes and potato stir cook add marenate chicken stir fry to cook well add green chili coriander mint leaves and garam masala stir cook Flame off keep aside
- Take a pan add water and add 1i tbsp salt and oil and mint coriander leaves 2 green cordamam 1 black cordamam cinnamon stick cook add rice cook 80% and drain water
- Take a pan sprinkle rice and spread chicken and again rice and sprinkle coriander leaves mint leaves green chili garam masala milk casar lemon juice and brown onion bhagar rose water and cover with lid for 10minutes full Flame and 20 minutes slow Flame
