  2. Now add 10 chicken pieces marinated (45 minutes) with curd, salt, half teaspoon jeera paste, 1 teaspoon garam masala paste, 1 table spoon crushed dried fenugreek leaves.. Fry the chicken pieces until brown in colour... now add the rice and mix all well and fry until you get aroma of the rice mixed with spices chicken pieces.
  3. Now add boiled water as required as the chicken Tehari doesn't over cook.. Low the flame cover the pan tightly and keep it in this position until chicken Tehari get cooked Lastly add 4 green chilli and cover the pan.. switch off the flame..keep it for 15 to 20 minutes like this.. Chicken Tehari is ready to serve..
