Instructions to make to make Egg Biryani

  1. Take a pan add some water for boiling eggs.after remove the shell.
  2. Take a pan add oil,salt,turmeric,red chillipowder mix well add eggs. And saute well for two minutes on medium flame.
  3. Take another pan add oil,oniona for frying on low flame.the onions changing the brown colour.
  4. Take ajar add ginger garlic,green chillies for paste.
  5. Take a pressure cooker add oil and ghee,bay leaf,pepper,cloves,cinnamon,cardamon,
  6. Add tomatoes,ginger garlic green chilies paste. Saute well.
  7. Add turmeric,coriander powder,red chilli powder. Add curd mix it well for 5 minutes on medium flame with cover the lid.
  8. Add corianderleaves,mint leaves and salt.
  9. Mix it well. Add fried onions,garam masala.
  10. Mix and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  11. Add water and rice.
  12. Cover the pressure cooker vessel. The two vessels are completed switch off the flame.
