- In mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients. Add water and mix well to make batter. Put this mixture in mixer grinder jar and churn to smooth mixture.
- Grease a square or rectangular shape microwave safe casserole with oil. Pour the rice- besan prepared mixture in it.
- Place this casserole in microwave. Cook on 80 percent temperature(medium- high) for 2 mins uncovered...stir the mixture,again micro cook for 2 mins on 80 percent temperature. Again micro cook for 4 mins on High temperature...till fully cooked.
- Cool completely. Cut into 1" square pieces. Shallow or Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and crispy from outside.
- Grind coconut, coriander leaves, green chillies,dalia,salt to make chutney. Mix curd.
