- 1/2 cup samo rice
- 1 medium size boiled potato
- 1/4 cup curd
- 2 tbsp roasted almonds flakes
- 1 tbsp green chilli ginger paste

- 2 tbsp finely chopped green corainder leaves
- Salt to taste as required
- Corainder leaves green chutney to serve as required
Instructions to make to make Sago-Samo Uttapam
- Grind sago and samo rice separately to coarse mixture.
- Now add curd, peeled and chopped boiled potato, green chilli ginger paste, little water and grind to uttapam batter. Transfer it in mixing container.
- Add chopped green corainder leaves, cummin seeds, almonds flakes, salt to prepared batter.
- Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Heat Dosa griddle. As it warm up pour 2 laddleful of prepared sago samo batter. Spread in circular motion to make uttapam. Drizzle 1 tsp oil on it.
- Cook till lower side turn crispy golden. Flip and cook another lower side turn crispy golden. Serve hot. Similarly prepare all uttapam.
