- First soak the lentils in warm water(use big size masoor dal) now grind the masala(pic2)slice the onion and remove the whole garam masala.
- Now heat oil in a big vessel, then add onion and garam masala and saute till onions are brown.now add the grinded masala,salt and curd.saute few minutes.
- Now add the chicken pieces and mix well,now add potatoes with lentils and simmer for 5 mins with closed lid.now add rice with 2 cups of water.check seasoning
- Now when most of water is absorbed by rice give a mix,add little water and cover the lid with cloth.simmer on slow flame for 5 to 10 mins and off flame.open the lid after 5 mins(pic2)give a slight mix.pulav is ready
- Mix all above ingredients of salad and serve with hot pulav and enjoy(decorate with fried onions and coriander leaves)
