- Sb se pehle gosht ko dho kar patile me 5 glass pani dalen or sath me barik kati piyaz green chilli hara dhania or podina(mint leaves) ginger garlic paste daal kar 1 and half hr ke lye low to medium flame p cook karein



- Then jab meat gal jae to ek bowl me dahi, black pepper powder or salt daal kar ache se whisk karein or cooked meat me add krden or sath hi oil bhi add krden or ache se mix krlen


- Ab ek patile me 5/6 glass pani dal kar is me salt,safaid zeera or sabut garammasaleh dal kar boil krlen then is me bheege hue rice add karein or itna pakaen ke ek kani reh jae means ke pure na galen thore se kache hon, then rice ko chan lein
- Now ek bowl me milk and orange food color and kewra essence daal kar mix krlen
- Ab teh lgane ke lye patile me 1 tbsp oil dal kar boiled rice ki layer lgaen then gravy ki or dobara repeat karein or last me rice ki layer ho then us p orange food color or milk wale mixture ko phela ke dal dein or 10 15 min ke lye dum p rakh dein
- Ab garamgaramdish out karein or simple raite or salad ke sath serve karein and enjoy karein
