- chopped onion 1 medium
- gingr garlic paste 1 tabl spn
- 1-2 pieces Dar cheeni
- Cumin seeds half t spn
- 2-3 Black cardamom
- Black pepper corns half t spn
- 1 fried onions
- Cloves 5 to 6
- 1 cup Beaten yoghurt
- Rice. 3 cups soaked
- 5 cups stock
- 1 cup water if required
- salt 1 tsp or as per taste
- 3-4 Green chilies
- 3-4 silver paper
Instructions to make to make Moti Pulao
- 1 pan me hafiyan dal kar 10 cup pani or sary masaly dal kar yakhni ba lein 1 sy 2 ghnta kow flame py or chaan ke rakh lein
- Chopper me qeema or sary ajza dal kar achi trah chop karein
- Teaspoon ki mdad sy 60 small size kofty bana lein or 3 tbl spoon oil me golden fry kar ke alug rakh lein
- Pan me Oil gram karein piaz fry karein colour change ho jaye to gingr garlic paste dal dein
- Sary ajza dal kar achy sy bhun lein. Hari mirch ko dahi me blend kr k dal den namak or tamter dal den kofty dal k 2 minute fry kren
- Yakhni dal dein yakhni ki recipe mere kitchen me check kr len boil any den 15 minute cook kren chawal dal den
- Yakhni dry ho jaye to dum py rakh dein 5 minute
