  1. Soak rice fr 1 hour and Cook it.
  2. Keep soya nuggets in hot water for 15 mins. Then, Marinate soya in curd,sukha dhaniya,garam masala,salt and red chilli powder
  3. Heat oil in cooker and add whole garam masala followed by ginger garlic paste.
  4. Add onions and green chilliez. Saute till dark golden brown.
  5. Then add marinated soya. Saute till it is done.After that add tomato puree and spices.
  6. Put rice on already sauted soya followed by fried onions and mint coriander leaves and 1 glass of water.
  7. 1 whistle on high and it is done. Serve hot with green chutney,some onions and lemon wedges!
