  9. 1/2 tablespoon red food colour
  10. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder

  12. 2 potatoes cut in 4 pieces
  13. 1 Maggie chicken cubs
  14. For Rice preparation-
  15. 1 kg rice washed and drain
  16. 1 tablespoon jeera
  17. 3-4 cloves
  18. 3-4 black pepper
  19. 2 bay leaf
  20. 1 tablespoon salt
  21. 1 tablespoon oil
  22. For Decoration-
  23. 1/4 cup cashew
  24. 1/4 cup badam/ almonds
  25. 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions to make to make Chicken biryani

  1. Take the big size cooking bowl and heat the 4 tablespoon oil then add 2 bay leaves, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste,2 cloves,3 black pepper,1 chopped onion,2 chopped tomatoes cook this for 10 minutes
  2. After 10 minutes add marinated chicken and mix well cook for 20 minutes add 2 tablespoon sugar,1 tablespoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon jeera powder salt as per taste if required, once the chicken is cooked take one small bowl and put 1 small piece of burning coal and add 1 tablespoon ghee on it and close with a lid for 30 seconds.
  3. Now your chicken is cooked and smoked add boiled rice over equally, add green and orange colored boiled rice, fried onion, fried cashew, fried badam, 3 to 4 tablespoon milk with saffron and coriander for garnishing give some coal smoke again for 30 seconds and put the lid for 20 minutes turn off the gas and serve hot with raita
